Five Bulls Travel Tours & Safaris is a travel and tourism company providing tour packages, safaris, accommodation bookings, transfers, flight reservations, holiday packages, visa assistance, and related travel services across Africa and beyond.

Any confirmed booking with full payment received will retain the agreed price unless additional government or supplier charges are imposed.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The following cancellation fees may apply:

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation from service providers and may take between 14 and 30 business days. Certain airlines, lodges, hotels, and third-party suppliers may apply separate cancellation policies.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess:

While every effort is made to operate all tours as advertised, Five Bulls Travel Tours & Safaris reserves the right to modify accommodation, transport arrangements, activities, tour routes, departure times, and travel schedules.
Changes may occur due to weather conditions, supplier circumstances, operational requirements, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. Where possible, suitable alternatives of equal value will be offered.
Five Bulls Travel Tours & Safaris acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers including airlines, hotels, lodges, safari operators, transport providers, and destination management companies.
We shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, property loss, theft, delays, missed connections, or additional expenses resulting from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participation in safaris, game drives, bush walks, boat cruises, hiking, and other outdoor activities involves inherent risks. By participating, clients acknowledge and accept such risks and agree to follow all safety instructions issued by guides, drivers, rangers, and local authorities. Participation is entirely at the client's own risk.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. Any medical condition, disability, allergy, or dietary requirement that may affect participation should be disclosed before travel. We reserve the right to decline participation where a client's condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors throughout their travel experience. Some activities may have minimum age restrictions imposed by local authorities or service providers.
Clients are responsible for their luggage, valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings at all times. Five Bulls Travel Tours & Safaris shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or delayed delivery of personal belongings.
Photographs and videos taken during tours may be used by Five Bulls Travel Tours & Safaris for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear in promotional material must notify us in writing before the commencement of their tour.
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, floods, epidemics or pandemics, political unrest, terrorism, war, government restrictions, border closures, airline disruptions, and extreme weather conditions.
Personal information provided to Five Bulls Travel Tours & Safaris will be used solely for the purpose of arranging and delivering travel services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or disclose your information to unauthorized third parties. Information may be shared with travel suppliers only where necessary to complete your booking.
If you experience any issues during your trip, you must notify our team immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to info@fivebulls.co.zw within 14 days of completing your trip.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe and South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe/South Africa.
